SEO Services & Consultancy

One SEO programme across technical, content, authority, international and AI search, delivered natively in four languages.

SEO consultancy at SEO Evaluate covers the whole discipline: technical foundations, keyword and content strategy, authority, international and multilingual search, e-commerce catalogues, YouTube and the generative engines that now sit on top of search results. We are a Türkiye-based international SEO agency producing content natively in Turkish, English, Arabic and Persian, and we run every engagement in 90-day implementation cycles with a measurement model agreed before the work starts. This page explains what each part of SEO does and where to go deeper.

/01 · Definition

What does SEO consultancy cover in 2026?

SEO consultancy is the planning, execution and measurement of everything that makes a website discoverable in search: technical crawlability and indexing, keyword and content strategy, on-page optimisation, authority and digital PR, international and multilingual targeting, e-commerce catalogue SEO, video SEO on YouTube and, since generative engines began answering queries directly, visibility in AI search (GEO). A consultancy differs from a single service in that it decides which of these your site needs, in which order, and how the result will be measured.

Search in 2026 is no longer one results page. Google blends classic links with AI Overviews and AI Mode, Bing feeds Copilot, and ChatGPT and Perplexity cite web pages inside their answers. The same foundations serve all of them: a site that can be crawled and rendered, pages that answer a defined intent in self-contained sections, and authority signals that make the source worth citing. SEO consultancy builds those foundations in the right order instead of buying tactics piecemeal.

This hub maps the discipline and routes you to the service pages: each child page covers one workstream in depth, while this page explains how they fit together and how an engagement is run and measured.

/02 · Who it is for

Who our SEO services are for

For organisations where organic search is a real acquisition channel and priorities are not obvious.

/03 · Problems we solve

Problems an SEO programme solves

  • Visibility is low and nobody knows which fix matters

Several vendors each own a slice (developer, writer, link seller) and no one owns the outcome. An audit replaces opinions with a prioritised backlog.

  • Traffic without conversions

Pages rank for informational queries that never become enquiries because the intent map, the templates and the calls to action were never designed together.

  • Technical debt blocking indexing

JavaScript rendering, duplicate URLs, slow templates and broken canonicals mean search engines see a fraction of the site. Content work is wasted until this is fixed.

  • Invisible in AI answers

Competitors are cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews for the category and you are not, even where you rank in classic results.

  • No trustworthy reporting

Rankings are tracked, but indexation, non-brand clicks and assisted conversions are not, so the board cannot tell whether SEO is working.

The SEO discipline map

SEO is one discipline with several specialisms. The order below is the order in which we diagnose a site, because each layer depends on the one before it: a page cannot earn authority if it is not indexed, and content cannot rank if it targets the wrong intent. Each specialism has its own service page.

Technical SEO: crawl, render, index

Technical SEO makes sure search engines can fetch, render and index the pages you want ranked, and nothing else. It covers crawl budget, robots and sitemap rules, canonicalisation, JavaScript rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals measured with CrUX field data and Lighthouse, and migrations. It is the first layer we check because every other investment depends on it; the technical SEO page covers the audit format and the backlog model.

Keyword strategy, on-page SEO and content

Keyword strategy translates demand into a page plan: which intents exist, which pages should answer them, and how they cluster into topics that build topical authority. On-page SEO then shapes each page with headings, internal links, metadata and self-contained sections that match the query; content production follows the briefs. We research keywords per language rather than translating a list. The SEO audit and strategy page describes the keyword map; the content SEO page covers production.

Authority, digital PR and E-E-A-T

Authority is how search engines and AI engines decide a source is worth ranking or citing. It is built through links from relevant publications, brand mentions, author profiles and the experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust signals Google describes in its search quality guidance (E-E-A-T). We plan authority as digital PR and partnerships with a documented link-risk policy, never as purchased link volume. In regulated sectors such as clinics, reviewer credentials and medical sourcing are part of it.

International and multilingual SEO

When a site serves more than one country or language, architecture, hreflang and localization decide whether the right version ranks in the right market. International SEO is a core specialism for us: our own site runs Turkish at the root with English, Arabic and Persian in prefixed folders and native-script URLs. The international SEO page covers the ccTLD, subdirectory and subdomain decision, hreflang validation and keyword research per market.

E-commerce SEO

Online stores have SEO problems content sites never meet: faceted navigation that multiplies URLs, out-of-stock handling, product data that must match the Merchant Center feed, and category pages that need both crawlable listings and editorial content. E-commerce SEO adds catalogue architecture, product schema and feed consistency to the technical and content work. The e-commerce SEO page explains how we audit a catalogue and which categories to prioritise first.

YouTube and video SEO

Video ranks in Google results, in YouTube search and inside AI answers. Video SEO covers keyword research for YouTube, titles, descriptions, chapters and transcripts, channel structure and video schema on the pages that embed the content. For clinics and SaaS, a video explaining a procedure or feature often answers the query better than text; the YouTube and video SEO page covers the channel audit.

Measurement and analytics

Measurement is a specialism, not a report at the end. It means Search Console properties per market, GA4 conversions that reflect real business events, annotations for every deployment and a scorecard the team actually reads. Without it, SEO decisions rest on rankings alone. The analytics and data page covers the setup; the measurement model below shows what we report.

SEO and AI search (GEO)

Generative engine optimisation (GEO) makes content retrievable and citable by AI answer engines: Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot. It is not a replacement for SEO; it depends on it. AI engines retrieve pages that are crawlable, that answer a question in a self-contained passage and that come from sources with visible authority. Everything on this hub builds that foundation; the AI search visibility page covers the additional layer: crawler access for OAI-SearchBot and GPTBot (OpenAI documents both), passage structure, entity consistency and citation monitoring.

/14 · Method and process

How we run an SEO engagement

Five steps, repeated in 90-day implementation cycles. Each step produces a written document your team can act on with or without us.

  1. 01

    Audit and baseline

We crawl the site with Screaming Frog or Sitebulb, review Search Console and GA4, check Core Web Vitals in CrUX, and assess content, authority and, where relevant, international targeting. The output is a prioritised findings document and a baseline scorecard.

  2. 02

    Strategy and keyword map

Demand is researched per market and language, mapped to existing and new URLs and clustered into topics. We decide which specialisms the site needs in which order and write the roadmap for the first cycle.

  3. 03

    Implementation sprint

Technical fixes go into the development backlog with specifications; content briefs go into production with native writers; authority and PR actions start. We work inside your tools (Jira, Linear or a shared sheet).

  4. 04

    Validation

Every deployment is re-crawled and compared with the baseline: indexing, canonicals, structured data, hreflang and page speed. Content is checked against the brief before publication.

  5. 05

    Cycle review and next plan

At the end of each 90-day cycle we report against the scorecard, explain what moved and what did not, and write the next cycle plan. Scope is adjusted on evidence rather than on the original proposal.

/15 · Tools and platforms

Tools and standards we work with

  • Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools

Indexing, query and page data per market; Bing because it feeds Copilot and other assistants.

  • GA4

Conversion and engagement reporting with organic landing pages, assisted conversions and market dimensions.

  • Screaming Frog and Sitebulb

Full-site crawls, raw versus rendered HTML comparison, canonical and hreflang validation, change detection between crawls.

  • Lighthouse and CrUX

Lab and field Core Web Vitals, measured the way Google reports them in Search Console.

  • Google Search Central documentation

Our technical, structured data and hreflang rules follow Google's published guidance, not agency folklore.

/16 · Measurement and KPIs

How we measure SEO

Agreed in the audit, reported every cycle. No metric is promised at a level; the point is to see movement and understand why.

  • Indexing

    Indexed share of strategic URLs

Pages we want ranked that are indexed and canonical, by template and market.

  • Visibility

    Non-brand clicks and impressions

Search Console data for queries that do not contain the brand, by topic cluster.

  • AI search

    Visibility in AI answers

Monitored citations and mentions in AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity for tracked prompts.

  • Outcomes

    Organic and assisted conversions

Leads, bookings or orders in GA4 attributed to organic entry pages, including assists.

/17 · Common challenges

Common challenges in SEO projects

  • Site migrations

Replatforming, redesigns and domain moves lose visibility when redirects, canonicals and internal links are not mapped before launch. We run migrations as a checklist with a pre- and post-launch crawl.

  • JavaScript rendering

Single-page frameworks ship content that search engines render late or not at all. We compare raw and rendered HTML and specify server-side or pre-rendering where it matters.

  • Keyword cannibalization

Several pages compete for one intent and all underperform. The keyword map assigns one primary intent per URL and consolidates the rest.

  • Thin localization

Translated pages that target nobody's query. Localization against a market keyword map, with native review, is the fix.

Project audit, retainer or in-house enablement: which engagement model fits

The three ways we work with clients. Most engagements start as an audit and continue as a retainer or as enablement.

How to choose an SEO agency or consultant

Judge the working method, not the pitch. Ask whether the agency crawled your site and looked at Search Console before quoting, whether it can explain its measurement model, and whether technical findings arrive as specifications a developer can estimate or as a PDF nobody actions. Ask how it researches keywords in a second language; a translated list is the most common failure in multilingual work.

Signals to avoid: promises of fixed positions, the same package for every sector, authority measured as a monthly link count, and reports that do not say which pages changed and why. If AI search or multilingual markets matter, ask how the agency handles them on its own site.

How SEO Evaluate approaches SEO

We work as one team across the specialisms rather than as a technical vendor plus a content vendor plus a link vendor. The audit decides which workstreams a site needs; the roadmap sequences them; the 90-day cycle makes the sequence visible and adjustable. Clients see the backlog, the briefs and the scorecard, not a monthly summary.

Our distinctive capability is multilingual execution. Turkish, English, Arabic and Persian content is produced natively with reviewer approval, and our own site runs on the same architecture: native-script Arabic and Persian URLs, complete hreflang sets and right-to-left layouts. That is why most of our work is with brands growing in Türkiye, the Gulf, Iran and Europe.

We state limitations plainly. We do not promise rankings, traffic levels or AI citations; they depend on competition, authority and how fast fixes are deployed. We commit to a documented audit, a prioritised roadmap, specifications developers can act on, native-quality content and a scorecard that shows whether the plan is working. We do not build websites, operate marketplace accounts or sell training products; where a project needs those, we say so.

/23 · Frequently asked questions

SEO services and consultancy: frequently asked questions

What does SEO consultancy include?

A diagnosis of the site (technical, content, authority, international where relevant), a keyword and intent map per market, a prioritised roadmap, implementation or implementation support, and a measurement model. The consultancy element is deciding what the site needs in which order; the services element is doing it. Scope is set by the audit, not by a package.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical fixes are usually reflected within weeks of re-crawling, because search engines re-evaluate corrected pages quickly. New content and authority build over months, depending on competition and the site's starting point. We plan in 90-day cycles and report each cycle, so you see movement early even when the full effect takes longer.

Should we choose a retainer or a project?

Start with a project audit if you need a diagnosis before committing budget or if an in-house team will execute. Choose a retainer when there is no SEO capacity in-house and the site changes often. Enablement suits teams that can execute but need senior direction. Most engagements move from audit to one of the other two.

Do we need international SEO?

If you sell or acquire customers in more than one country or language, yes, even if the site is already translated. The questions are architecture, hreflang and whether content matches local search demand. If your markets are Türkiye, the Gulf, Iran or Europe, our native production in Turkish, English, Arabic and Persian is the reason to talk to us specifically.

How is SEO success measured?

Against a scorecard agreed in the audit: indexed share of strategic URLs, non-brand clicks and impressions by topic, visibility in AI answers for tracked prompts, and organic and assisted conversions in GA4. Rankings are tracked as a diagnostic, not as the goal. Every market or template gets its own view so averages do not hide problems.

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO earns visibility in search results; GEO (generative engine optimisation) earns citations inside AI-generated answers. They share the foundation: crawlable pages, self-contained answers and authority. GEO adds crawler access for AI bots, passage-level structure, entity consistency and citation monitoring. We run them as one programme and report both.

Does SEO replace paid search?

No. Paid search buys demand immediately and shows which queries convert; SEO earns the same demand durably at a lower marginal cost over time. The strongest programmes use search-term data from Google Ads to prioritise organic content and shift budget as organic coverage grows. Our paid media service runs the ads side.
