Corporate AI Training & Adoption

Role-based training that teaches marketing, content, sales and leadership teams to use AI assistants safely, check their output and measure whether the work got better.

Most teams already use AI assistants; few use them consistently or safely. SEO Evaluate's corporate AI training and adoption programme starts from how your teams actually work, then teaches role-specific ways to brief, verify and improve AI output for marketing, content, SEO, paid media, sales and analytics tasks. The programme covers what assistants can and cannot do, how to check facts and sources, how to handle customer and personal data, and how to measure whether AI changed the quality and speed of real work. It is training and adoption planning, not a software build and not an accredited qualification.

How we work

AssessWhere each team stands before any session

MeasureTime, quality and rework compared with the baseline

/01 · Definition

What is corporate AI training and adoption?

Corporate AI training and adoption is a structured programme that teaches teams to use AI assistants for their actual roles, sets rules for safe and verifiable use, and measures whether the work changed. It combines an assessment of current habits, role-based workshops on real tasks, written playbooks and guardrails, and an adoption plan with owners and checkpoints. It is not a learning-management-system build, not a certification, and not a promise of productivity gains; the measurement at the end tells you what actually happened.

The programme is built around tasks your people already do: writing a campaign brief, drafting a service page, summarising a client report, cleaning a keyword list, answering a sales enquiry, reading an analytics dashboard. Each session takes one of those tasks, shows where an assistant helps, where it fails, and how to check the result before it leaves the building.

Adoption is the harder half. A workshop changes a week; a plan with owners, checkpoints and a baseline changes a quarter. The programme ends with both.

/02 · Who it is for

Who this programme is for

  • Marketing and content teams

Teams producing briefs, pages, posts and reports who want faster first drafts without lower quality or invented facts.

  • SEO and paid media specialists

Practitioners who want assistants for keyword clustering, ad variants, structured-data drafts and QA, with a method to verify every output.

  • Sales and account teams

People answering enquiries and preparing proposals who need consistent, accurate and on-brand replies.

  • Leadership and operations

Managers who must decide which tools to allow, what data may be used, how to disclose AI use and how to judge the return.

  • Agencies and in-house teams in Türkiye and the MENA region

Sessions run in Turkish or English, with Arabic and Persian material where the team works in those languages.

/03 · Problems we solve

Problems the programme is designed to solve

  • Inconsistent, undocumented AI use

Everyone uses something, nobody agrees on how, and the results vary by person.

  • Invented facts reaching customers

An assistant states a price, a feature or a statistic that nobody checked. The programme installs a verification step before publication.

  • Customer and personal data in the wrong place

Pasting client data into consumer tools breaks contracts and privacy rules. Guardrails say what may be used where.

  • Tool spending without a decision

Several subscriptions overlap. An evaluation matrix compares them on your tasks, not on vendor demos.

  • No evidence that anything improved

Without a baseline, 'we work faster now' is an opinion. The programme measures time, quality and rework before and after.

Prerequisites and what we ask from you

You name a programme owner, give access to the tools your teams already use, and share a sample of real tasks per role. Sessions use your material, so the more representative the sample, the more useful the workshop.

Where customer or personal data is involved, we agree in advance which data may appear in exercises, usually anonymised extracts. Nothing from the programme is used to train any model.

/05 · Method and process

How the programme runs

  1. 01

    Assessment

A short survey and interviews per role record current tools, habits, worries and time spent. We also look at a sample of recent AI-assisted work for quality problems.

  2. 02

    Curriculum design

Role tracks are agreed: which tasks, which assistants and features, which checks. Each track has a verification playbook and a data rule.

  3. 03

    Workshops

Hands-on sessions on your real tasks, in small groups, with homework between sessions. Each ends with a checklist the team keeps.

  4. 04

    Guardrails and disclosure

A one-page safe-use policy per role: allowed tools, allowed data, mandatory checks, and when AI use is disclosed to clients or readers.

  5. 05

    Adoption plan

A 90-day plan with owners, checkpoints and the baseline measures to repeat at the end.

  6. 06

    Follow-up measurement

The baseline is repeated; results are reported as observed differences, with the caveats that apply.

/06 · Measurement and KPIs

How the programme is measured

Measures are agreed up front and read against a baseline; the programme does not promise a level of improvement.

  • Speed

    Time per task

Minutes from brief to approved draft for the sampled tasks, before and after.

  • Quality

    Quality and rework

Share of drafts returned for factual, tone or compliance corrections.

  • Safety

    Verification adherence

Share of published work with a recorded source check where the playbook requires one.

  • Reach

    Adoption

Share of the team using the agreed workflow for the agreed tasks at the 90-day checkpoint.

/07 · Strategic considerations

Limitations and when this is not the right buy

  • It is not a software project

We do not build an LMS, an internal chatbot or an integration. If you need those, a separate scoping engagement comes first.

  • No accredited qualification

Participants receive attendance records and playbooks, not a certification recognised by a third party.

  • Results depend on follow-through

Measured change comes from owners keeping the plan alive; a workshop alone rarely moves the baseline.

  • Fast-moving tools

Assistant features change monthly. Playbooks teach methods, not menus, and are dated.

/08 · Frequently asked questions

Corporate AI training: frequently asked questions

Which AI assistants does the training cover?

The ones your teams already pay for or plan to evaluate. Sessions are built on your tasks and tools, so the assistant mix is agreed during the assessment rather than fixed in advance.

How long does the programme take?

Assessment and curriculum design usually take a few weeks, workshops run over several weeks per role track, and the adoption plan covers 90 days. Exact timing is set in the scoping call.

Is this suitable for a team that has never used AI assistants?

Yes. The assessment places each role on a scale, and the first sessions cover fundamentals before moving to role-specific tasks.

Can the sessions be delivered remotely and in our language?

Sessions run remotely or on site in Turkish or English; materials can be prepared in Arabic and Persian for teams working in those languages.

Do you guarantee a productivity improvement?

No. The programme measures time, quality and rework against your baseline and reports what changed. Improvements depend on the tasks, the tools and the follow-through.
