Copywriting & Marketing Copy

Landing pages, ads, emails and product copy, built from customer research, held to verified claims and improved by testing.

Copywriting services cover the words closest to a decision: the landing-page headline, the first line of an ad, the sentence beside a form, an email's subject line. This page sets out what our conversion copywriting covers, how we research a message before writing it, how ad policies and proof rules shape it, how multilingual copywriting works without translation, and when better copy will not fix the problem.

/01 · Definition

What are copywriting services?

Copywriting services produce persuasive copy that moves a reader to a specific action: booking a call, requesting a quote, buying, signing up. The scope covers landing pages, service pages, search and social ads, emails, product descriptions and interface microcopy. Conversion copywriting adds a method to the craft: it starts from customers' own words, builds one clear message backed by proof, answers the objections that stop people, and ties every page to an action that can be measured.

We treat it as a repeatable process: research the reader, turn the findings into a message hierarchy, write, then measure after launch.

/02 · Who it is for

Who conversion copywriting is for

  • Advertisers whose landing pages leak

Clicks arrive, enquiries do not. The ad promises one thing, the page opens with another, and the answer is not above the fold.

  • Companies selling in several languages

Teams offering one service to Turkish, English, Arabic or Persian speakers whose translated copy does not land outside the source market.

  • Regulated sectors

Clinics, financial services and legal providers where every claim must be checked and ad policies and local rules limit the copy.

  • Stores with large catalogues

E-commerce sites running manufacturer descriptions, with category pages that never answer the buyer's comparison question.

/03 · Problems we solve

Copy problems we fix

  • Headlines that do not say what you sell

Pages that open with a slogan and hide the value proposition in the third paragraph, so visitors cannot tell whether they are in the right place.

  • Ad headlines that repeat one idea

Responsive search ads with near-identical headlines, leaving the system nothing meaningfully different to combine and learn from.

  • Claims nobody can back up

Unverified figures, superlatives and outcome promises lead to disapproved ads, sceptical readers and, in regulated sectors, legal exposure.

  • Multilingual pages that read like translations

Pages converted word for word from a Turkish original, carrying the wrong objections, trust signals and order of argument.

Copywriting versus SEO content

SEO content earns the visit by covering a search intent completely; copywriting earns the decision once the reader has arrived. Topic clusters, editorial calendars and long-form guides sit with the Content & PR service. We own the copy on the offer page, in the ad and around the form.

Service pages are where the two meet: structure follows search intent, the persuasive layer is written as copy. SEO-friendly copy is therefore not keyword density but a direct answer to the searcher's question in the first screen, followed by proof and a clear next step.

Voice-of-customer research comes before the first draft

The strongest headlines are often lines customers already use. Before writing, we read your reviews on Google and sector platforms, competitors' negative reviews, sales-call notes, support tickets and, where possible, short customer interviews.

From that material we pull how customers name the problem, what they fear before buying, why they chose you and which evidence convinces them. The output is a sourced phrase list and a ranked list of objections, and the message is built on it rather than on a writer's guess.

Message hierarchy and value proposition

A message hierarchy is a one-page document fixing what a page says and in which order: the main promise, three to five supporting benefits, the proof behind each, the objections to answer and the call to action. The value proposition sits on top as one sentence: who it is for, which problem it solves, what you do differently.

Once approved, the landing page, ads, emails and video scripts are written from the same spine, so promises stop contradicting each other across channels and a winning message can be carried into the others. Readability and scannability are planned here too: short paragraphs, informative subheadings, one action per screen.

Ad copy: RSA limits and platform policies

According to Google Ads Help, a responsive search ad accepts up to fifteen headlines of thirty characters and four descriptions of ninety characters. The system combines them per query, so every headline must stand alone and carry a distinct idea: a benefit, a proof point, an offer, an answer to an objection, the brand. Ad Strength is a completeness check, not a performance measure.

On Meta and TikTok the text is read with the creative and the opening line must work before it truncates. Meta's Advertising Standards restrict copy that implies personal attributes such as a health condition, and Google Ads and TikTok add limits for healthcare and finance. We write to these policies from the first draft. Campaign management sits with the Google Ads management and social media advertising services.

Proof rules, regulated sectors and consent wording

Every delivery includes a claims register: which sentence rests on which source, and why any unsourced line was removed. Unverified numbers, superlatives and outcome promises stay out. Advertising rules such as Türkiye's Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices expect claims to be provable, and the platforms' policies point the same way.

Medical, financial and legal claims are approved by the client's own qualified people; we write the copy and keep the approval record, without giving expert or legal opinions. Privacy notices and consent texts under KVKK or the GDPR belong to your legal counsel. Our part is the explanation beside the form, the checkbox label and the confirmation message, kept clear and consistent with those texts.

Multilingual copywriting without translation

Copy in Turkish, English, Arabic and Persian is not translated. Each language version is produced natively with reviewer approval in that language before launch, because a reader in the Gulf weighs trust signals differently from a reader in Western Europe and a strong headline in one language can sound stiff in another.

Voice-of-customer research runs per market. The message hierarchy is shared; headlines, the order of proof and the call to action are written for each language's reader. Right-to-left layouts in Arabic and Persian change button and label lengths, so microcopy is checked per language. Page architecture and hreflang belong to the international SEO service.

/11 · Method and process

How a copywriting engagement runs

Every piece goes through the same seven steps; their depth depends on the format.

  1. 01

    1. Goal and scope

We agree in writing which action the copy should drive, who it is for, where it runs and how it will be measured, and review your current pages, ads and emails with any performance data you have.

  2. 02

    2. Voice-of-customer research

We read reviews, sales and support records, competitor pages and live search results. The output is a sourced phrase list, ranked objections and the kinds of proof your readers trust.

  3. 03

    3. Message hierarchy

Promise, benefits, proof and objections go into a one-page document you approve before drafting, so later feedback is about the message rather than individual words.

  4. 04

    4. Drafting and variants

We write to each channel's constraints: section by section for pages, headline sets with distinct ideas for ads, subject-line options for email. Where a test is planned, at least two genuinely different alternatives are prepared.

  5. 05

    5. Proof and policy check

Each claim is matched to its source and checked against platform policies and local rules. In regulated sectors, medical, financial or legal statements go to your qualified people, and their approval is recorded.

  6. 06

    6. Language versions

Additional languages are written natively from the same hierarchy, not translated, and each passes reviewer approval in its own language, with button and microcopy lengths checked per language.

  7. 07

    7. Launch, test and revise

We track the copy against the measurement plan. With enough traffic, an A/B test is set up with the CRO & UX service; without it, heatmaps, session recordings and form analytics feed a qualitative review and a revision list.

/12 · Measurement and KPIs

How copywriting is measured

The measure depends on the format. These are the columns of the report, not promised levels.

  • Conversion

    Conversion per page variant

Forms, bookings or purchases as GA4 key events; per variant when a test runs, with statistical sufficiency checked first.

  • Ads

    Ad asset performance

Headline and description performance labels in the Google Ads asset report; click-through rate per text variant on Meta and TikTok.

  • Engagement

    On-page behaviour

Scroll depth, form starts and completions and field-level abandonment, with Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings.

  • Email

    Email outcomes

Clicks, replies and downstream conversions. Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflates opens, so opens never decide a test.

/13 · Common challenges

Common challenges in copy projects

  • Copy approved by everyone and owned by no one

Copy edited by several stakeholders loses its edge. Approving the hierarchy first and naming one decision-maker shortens the loop.

  • Missing proof

A strong claim without a source weakens the page. Rather than softening it, we suggest collecting evidence: a method explanation or an approved customer statement.

  • Testing on low traffic

Pages with few visits cannot produce a reliable A/B result, so we test bolder changes in sequence and read them alongside qualitative data.

  • Shifting ad policies

Copy approved last quarter can be disapproved later. We log rejections with the stated reason and write the next set accordingly.

/14 · Strategic considerations

When copywriting is not the right buy

Better copy does not fix every conversion problem. In these cases we recommend starting elsewhere.

  • The page has no traffic

Improving copy nobody reads changes nothing. Bring the right audience first through SEO or paid media.

  • Conversion tracking is broken

If submissions are not measured correctly, you cannot tell which copy worked and test results will mislead. Fix measurement first.

  • The offer is the problem

An offer whose price, scope or terms trail the market cannot be rescued by writing. Copy clarifies an offer; it does not replace it.

  • The page is technically failing

A slow page, a broken mobile layout or a form that does not submit needs fixing before any rewrite is worth testing.

  • You need brand identity or video production

Logo design, visual identity and filming are not part of our services. We write the script and copy; production stays with you or your chosen provider.

/16 · Frequently asked questions

Copywriting services: frequently asked questions

What is the difference between copywriting and SEO content writing?

SEO content writing produces longer material that informs readers and earns visits from search: guides, articles, topic clusters. Copywriting persuades a reader who is already close to a decision, on landing pages, ads, emails and product pages. Both can sit in one programme, but they use different research, different measures and different definitions of success.

What do your copywriting services include?

Landing and service pages, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ad copy, email sequences, product and category descriptions, form and button microcopy, and short-form video scripts. Every project starts with voice-of-customer research and an approved message hierarchy, and each delivery includes a claims register and a measurement recommendation.

What is conversion copywriting?

Conversion copywriting is copy judged by the action it produces rather than by how it reads in a review meeting. It uses customer research to choose the message, proof to support it and testing or behavioural data to decide which version stays. The page is finished when the measurement says so, not when the draft is signed off.

What are the character limits for Google responsive search ads?

Google Ads Help sets headlines at up to thirty characters and descriptions at up to ninety, with a maximum of fifteen headlines and four descriptions per responsive search ad. Meta and TikTok are more flexible on length, but their placements truncate text, so the main message has to land in the opening line.

How do you write ad copy for healthcare providers?

We write to the Google Ads healthcare policies, Meta's Advertising Standards and local rules for promoting health services from the first draft: no copy implying the reader's condition, no outcome promises, no unverified comparisons. Medical statements are approved by the clinic's own clinicians, and the approval record is stored with the copy.

Is multilingual copy translated from the original?

No. Turkish, English, Arabic and Persian versions are written natively from a shared message hierarchy, and each passes reviewer approval in its own language before launch. Objections and trust signals differ by market, so headlines, the order of proof and the call to action change with the language.

Can you review our existing copy before rewriting it?

Yes. We can prepare a written review of your current landing pages, ads and emails covering message hierarchy, proof, readability and policy fit. The review shows which copy to tackle first, and which problems outside the copy, such as tracking or page speed, are holding conversion back.
